Greetings Riders! I want to thank all the members that turned out for last nights meeting, it was great to see the room filled. I also want to thank all who bought raffle tickets to help support Marlo Grandy's Fund Raiser, we raised an additional $85.00 for his cause. As a reminder to those who did not attend, Marlo's event will be held at the United Inn, 1308 Buckley Road, Liverpool, N.Y. 13088. May 12th 1 to 6. Tickets are $20.00.

Dues are past due! We still have several members who have not paid their dues for 2012. I will be sending an email to these members very soon. Please don't jeopardize your membership. We value all our members! REMEMBER, the June membership meeting will be a ride to Rudy's in Oswego, and we will be meeting at the Legion at 6pm, not 7pm. Also the Memorial Day Parade will be may 28th, an email will be sent with the details, Ned Barnes will be Ride Captain. There are alot of rides starting to come up, for more information on the ride schedule visit our website.

Lorraine Vergith and Ned Barnes reported on our troops with the 427th BSB, who are now in Afghanistan. We will be collecting DVD movies at the June meeting prior to the ride, to send over. Please remember to bring any you can part with or new if you prefer. The people in country have been placed in three different locations, but 1st Sgt. Vergith is in charge of all three locations and will be our go to person. Also remember we have an ongoing raffle for two new leather jackets, donated by Rick and Karen McCrum, to benefit the 427th personel. If you can't sell any, please buy some ( one dollar apiece or six for five dollars ) these will be available at the June ride/meeting.

We want to update the Riders and their bikes section on our site. Take a picture of you and your bike, preferably with your colors on, and send it to Chad at boots787@twcny.rr.com. And all, please be aware on the road, we have had a lot of accidents in the area this year already. Watch out for the other guy, more than likely he is not watching out for you! Ride safe.
